How do I get personalized help and support?

Kosovich Media Group has two different ways of helping you, depending on whether you are a current client or someone brand new looking for help.

If you are a current client, we ask you to create a case with our online form.

If you are brand new here and not yet a client, we ask that you to tell us more about your issue with our online form so we can learn how we may best propose to help you.

What happens after I create a case requesting support?

After you create a case requesting support, you will receive an e-mail with a case number for reference. Our support team will use the information connected to this reference number to identify the best course of action. We will generally follow-up with more questions by e-mail or phone as we work on the issue to help make things better.

If you have questions along the way, call us at 219-512-9211 and have your reference number ready so we can quickly identify the issue and provide updates on the status.

Promotional Code
Questions

Does Kosovich Media Group have any promotional codes available?

Kosovich Media Group periodically has promotional codes available for clients to save on various services provided by third-party vendors, such as hosting services. We provide these promotional codes to clients as we advise on these services as they are necessary.

Do you only have promotional codes available for current clients?

Kosovich Media Group can provide some promotional codes to anyone, but clients are able to receive special promotional codes that provide maximum discounts at certain third-party vendors. If you are not a current client, but want more information, fill out our online form to tell us more about yourself so we can see how we can help you.

How do I login to my Google Analytics for my website?

You can login to view your Google Analytics by visiting http://www.google.com/analytics, clicking the “sign-in” link at the top of the page, and using the username and password provided to you by Kosovich Media Group.

What is my Google Analytics Username?

If you have forgotten your username to view your Google Analytics, you will need to submit a case to Kosovich Media Support and a member of our team will contact you with the appropriate information.

What is my Google Analytics Password?

If you have forgotten your password to view your Google Analytics, you will need to submit a case to Kosovich Media Support and a member of our team will contact you with the appropriate information.

Billing
Questions

Can I view my account balance online?

You may login to the Kosovich Media Group online billing system to view the current balance and status of your account.

What is my username and password to view my account information and balance?

If you are a current client, we ask you to create a case with our online form and request your username and password and a member of our support team will follow-up with you.

Will invoices be sent electronically or by postal mail?

By default, all invoices are sent by e-mail for free. You will receive a link to a PDF version of your invoice that you can download or print and retain for your records. If you require a paper invoice to be sent by mail, we can provide paper versions of your invoice instead for a small fee.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

Payments for most projects are defined in the services agreement with unique terms based upon the project. Some projects may be setup with aut0-billing that automatically charges a credit card each month for specific services we outline with you. We encourage you to contact us to learn more about how we can work with you to find the most appropriate options available.
